Simply email us at vertile@abistore.site within 30 days of your delivery date, include your order number and the reason for your return, and our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and return instructions. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned in their original packaging.

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.

Are all products compatible with both sitting and standing desks?
